I was frustrated by a lack of Wi-Fi information during my stay. Despite attempting to contact reception several times, I never received the Wi-Fi password. Additionally, a taxi I pre-booked didn't arrive, leading to a stressful last-minute rush to my conference.

Perfectly located just steps away from the Basilica and other historic sites made exploring so easy. The staff were genuinely helpful, adding a personal touch to my stay. The mattress in my room squeaked, indicating it might need an upgrade soon. Overall, a charming spot but with a few areas to improve.
